Manufacturing process and materials

We assume the entire manufacturing process of the parts. This offers us complete freedom for customizations. Starting with the design, the research and the formulation in our laboratory, going trought the development of new polymers, the conduction of suitability tests using 3D prototyping the polishing and finishing of the products and ending on the quality controls and final testing, we carry out the complete production.

In our beginnings, we manufactured all kinds of moulded and extruded parts with different elastomers, being rubber the main material we worked with.

A few years later, we incorporated the polyurethane manufacturing, expanding our production capacity and exploring new opportunities.

Currently, we do not only work with all types of elastomers but also formulate our own compositions, when necessary, to meet our customers' specific needs.

Some of the main formulations we work with include:

  • POLYURETHANE (PUR)

  • NEOPRENE (CR)

  • EPDM

  • FLUOROELASTOMERS (FKM)

  • NATURAL RUBBER (NR)

  • SILICONE (VMQ)
